Autoclave is used for sterilization under saturated steam pressure at any selectable point 10 to 20 PSI (adjustable) these are double walled unit with inner chamber made of thick S.S. & outer chamber made of M.S./S.S. lid is made of thick gauge S.S. with pressure gauge steam release valve & safety valves.
