Work Function of Diode (Richardson Law)

Objective : To draw  the graphs between heater current vs heater resistance, Anode voltage vs anode current.

Specifications : Instrument comprises of DC Regulated power supply of 0-6 V & 0-300 V. Twovolt meters & two current meters are mounted on the front panel. Valve diagram is printed on the panel & connection are brought out on sockets/terminals.
